Installation Guide

  1. Lifting of equipment
The glass-lined equipment shall be hoisted at the designated parts (such as supports, lifting lugs, etc.). It is strictly forbidden to use manholes, pipe orifices, clamps and other parts as lifting lugs, and lift them gently. Direct contact between glass-lined surface and hard objects is strictly prohibited. Percussion and impact on glass-lined surfaces are strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to move the device by means of rolling, crowbar, etc.
  2. Inspection before assembly
The glass-lined surface shall be reliably and effectively protected when personnel, components and installation tools enter the equipment prior to assembly of glass-lined equipment. Hard objects are strictly prohibited from falling, smashing and scratching the glass-lined surface.
  3. Installation of equipment clip and flange (bolt)
Check whether the clips and flanges (bolts) are complete, and whether the quantity meets the requirements. When installing clips, ensure that the distance is equal, and tighten them according to the specified torque to ensure safe operation and reliable sealing. When the flange is installed, it should be gradually tightened in pairs along the diagonal direction with uniform force. It should not be completely tightened at one time to avoid uneven force and cause the glass lining layer to break and affect the service life.
  4. Installation of agitator
① Check the mixing, machine sealing and frame before installation.
② Put the agitator into the tank (the bottom of the tank is laid with soft cushion), then hang the tank cover to a predetermined position, and at the same time put the seal into the mixing shaft, then lift the agitator to connect with the output shaft of the reducer, and lock the anti-loosening device
③ Adjust the levelness of the tank first, and then adjust the coaxiality and verticality of the mixing shaft and the seal. After reaching the specified technical requirements, make the mixing shaft rotate slowly (clockwise rotation). When the operation is flexible and there is no abnormal phenomenon, water can be injected into the tank, and the test run can be carried out with water substitute materials.
  5. Welding
It is forbidden to weld on the outer wall surface of glass-lined equipment. When welding the connecting pipe, tank ear and ear seat on the jacket, electric welding shall be used, and cooling measures shall be taken. Gas welding is absolutely not allowed. When welding near the glass-lined layer space, the glass-lined surface, pipe orifice and kettle mouth shall be tightly covered to avoid splashing of electric welding slag and damage to the glass-lined surface.
  6. Installation and acceptance
After the equipment is installed, the glass-lined surface shall be inspected again, the rope ladder made of wood and other materials shall be used to enter the tank, and the protection work shall be done well near the manhole flange and the lower part of the tank body including other places contacting the glass-lined surface. Use a flashlight to visually inspect the glass lining layer. If electric spark detector is required, the voltage shall not exceed 7000V to prevent damage to the glass lining layer.
