  1. Feeding
1. No hard objects, lumpy metals, ropes and belts shall fall into the equipment during feeding to prevent damage to the glass-lined layer. The ropes and belts will wrap around the thermowell and stirrer of the tank and cause breakage. For large hard materials, they should be added after crushing. If the reactant is caused by particles on the porcelain surface, it should be added less and frequently.
2. from the nozzle to join the strong corrosion will directly cause the exothermic reaction of the material. If sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid are added, the feeding speed shall be controlled first, and the shower head shall be inserted into the pipe orifice at an appropriate distance for feeding with anti-corrosion material pipe to prevent the local temperature from exceeding the standard to damage the glass-lined porcelain layer. Try to avoid cold tank heating material, hot tank with cold material. Due to the sudden change in temperature, the formation of internal stress, affecting the service life.
  2. operation
1. The temperature rise and pressure rise of jacketed equipment shall be slowly pressurized and heated.
① Open the pneumatic valve to 20%, control the pressure within 0.1MPa, and keep it for 10 minutes;
② After 10 minutes, the pneumatic valve is opened to 50%, and the pressure is controlled within 0.2MPa for 10 minutes;
③ After 10 minutes, the pneumatic valve is opened to 70%, and the pressure is controlled within 0.3MPa for 10 minutes;
④ After 10 minutes, the pneumatic valve is opened to 100%, and the pressure is controlled at the operating pressure of the reaction tank.
The whole process takes 30 minutes, which effectively alleviates the occurrence of the temperature difference of the reaction tank and prolongs the service life. (The pressure rise speed should be 0.1MPa pressure every 10 minutes)
2. Use temperature and medium requirements
The operating temperature of our equipment is 0 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ or -19 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, the temperature difference thermal shock is 120 ℃, and the cold shock is 110 ℃. (If it is indicated in the order contract that the above operating temperature range is exceeded, it shall be designed and manufactured separately.)

In use, prevent acid from entering the jacket to prevent hydrogen evolution reaction of metal in the glass-lined layer and cause glass layer scale explosion.
3. Jacket vent
① After the equipment has been running for a period of time, non-condensable gas will accumulate at the top of the jacket, occupying the jacket space and reducing the heat exchange performance of the jacket.
The concentration of free hydrogen atoms in the non-condensable gas is high, and free hydrogen will penetrate, diffuse and accumulate into the metal matrix to form hydrogen, which will cause the porcelain layer to burst after a long time. Therefore, the steam release hole also has the function of protecting the equipment.
  3. process
1. Pay attention to the sealing conditions of flanges, manholes, mechanical seals, discharge valves, etc. If leakage is found, measures should be taken immediately to prevent corrosion of the metal substrate and damage the sealing surface.
2. Try to avoid contact between the tank shell and the acid to prevent damage to the glass-lined porcelain surface due to iron corrosion. In case of acid contact, immediately try to neutralize and then rinse with water.
3. When acid and alkali are used alternately, acid should be added first and then alkali should be added. When alkaline materials are added, internal tubes should always be used (tetrafluoroethylene plastic is used to process a protective sleeve, and the sleeve is on the inner wall of the tube orifice to prevent corrosion of alkali materials hanging on the wall)

4. If there is any abnormal noise in the transmission device, it should be checked and handled in time.
  4. discharge
1. When discharging, if the discharge valve and discharge pipe are blocked, they shall be gently opened with non-metallic tools, and shall not be touched. If porcelain layer debris is found, the jar should be opened immediately to check the damaged porcelain surface, and it can't be repaired and reused.
2. When cleaning the tank, can not use metal appliances, and the material stuck on the inner surface of the tank must be cleaned timely and thoroughly.
